Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for planning the vehicle and transportation , route Management in order to have the best output of vehicles as per the procurement team (for raw material etc) and as per the sales order.Checking and verification of all the fleet documents/legal papers, when any external fleet/ transporter is arranged before scheduling any dispatch or collection.Will be responsible for overseeing the reverse logistics process.Aligning and lining up of the collection team as per the collection schedule. Arranging transporter whenever requiredCoordination with drivers and team for collection of the used oil/ job work/dispatch and required delivery.Tracking of the GPRS and location of the fleet.Check, monitor and keep record of the details of the readings of the vehicle like fuel filling, Cng, preparing of gate passes etc.Coordination with the Procurement and Accounts department from time to time for the payments.Coordination with the sales team for job work pickup and then it is handed over to the store.Loading and dispatching of the vehicles as per the orders and tracking them until it is delivered to the customer.Is responsible for maintaining all the records of the vehicle that comply with local and state regulations related to compliances like licenses, Road Taxes, insurance, vehicle parts, Pollution , environmental license, transit insurances, permits, RCs, vehicle fitness certificate and other certificates. This also includes adherence to transportation laws, weight limits, and safety standards.Maintaining MIS , TAT reports, monthly review data with proper RCA reports.

Role & responsibilities Supervise, monitor and train, as per requirements team of analysts for quality testing of products Used Oil, Re-Refined Base Oil, LDO, Kerosine, Diesel, Mineral Turpentine Oil etc.as per BIS specifications.Prepare recipe for products blend at laboratory scale as and when required / create new ways to improve production process to reduce wastage, if anyMaintain documentationAdherence to Safety requirements in LaboratoryAdherence to ISO manual / amendments, if requiredObtain NABL certification for LaboratoryInteract with external agencies - for equipment procurement, BIS, ISO, NABL authorities as per requirement Skills Required:Previous experience working in a laboratory setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately.Ability to work independently and teamworkCan manage a teamGood communication and interpersonal skills.Computer skills like Google sheets / ERP etc.
