What are we looking for Sales lifecycle Knowledge Sales Operations & Execution Analytics Project Management Microsoft Tools Understand the data in context to the transformation opportunity, perform analytics like and not limited to volumetrics, processing cycle time, defects, performance attributes etc. Work with project financials, track budget vs. spends, analyze leakages, raise risks and be responsible for overall financial health Demonstrate confidence and win working trust of clients, teams and leadership in involved in project team Initiate / support transformative projects by mostly managing it right from the discovery, inception to the closure and achievement of project goals Work with functional and cross functional teams as required per project scope Perform walkthroughs, present and conduct reviews, share updates, raise risks proactively, support mitigations to ensure timely and quality delivery of transformations Agility for quick learning Ability to handle disputes Ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Prioritization of workload Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualification Any Graduation
