This role will involve developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust QA practices. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities, optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability, and provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution. You will also be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for? 1 to 3 years of work experience in consumer insights, analytics, or data roles (FMCG or research agency preferred) Proven track record in data management, extraction, analysis & reporting, and data visualization Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL Understanding of QA practices, version control, and documentation standards Strong storytelling and visualization skills to translate data into actionable insights Detail-oriented, with high standards of accuracy and quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel / Sheets Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders Experience with Askia Explorer, SPSS, or similar platforms Knowledge of Python/R (basic familiarity sufficient) Experience working with global teams and multi-market stakeholders Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: Collecting, processing and analyzing data to identify trends, provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and templates that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources. Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy Identify consumer trends, market shifts, and emerging signals from multiple data sources Manage and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and insights Support preparation of recurring and ad-hoc insights reports for management Conduct QA checks on datasets, dashboards, and reports to ensure reliability Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities and decision-making Optimize reporting processes and ways of working for efficiency, automation, and scalability Stay updated on best practices in analytics, insights, and foresight methodologies
