Job Title: IELTS Trainer & Education Counsellor Location: Jalandhar Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Age Limit: Below 35 years Gender: No gender preference Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer for our Jalandhar office, who will also contribute part-time as an Education Counsellor. This dual-role position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about teaching and guiding students toward international academic success. Role Split: IELTS Training – 75% Education Counselling – 25% Key Responsibilities: IELTS Trainer (75%)Conduct classroom and one-on-one training sessions for all four IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). Customize training plans based on individual student needs and language proficiency. Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and feedback. Prepare students for real exam conditions with mock tests and practice sessions. Keep up to date with the latest IELTS exam formats and strategies. Education Counsellor (25%)Provide initial counselling on study abroad options, course selection, and universities. Assist students with understanding the admission and visa processes. Work closely with the counselling team for seamless student transitions post-training. Maintain accurate records of student queries, communications, and progress. Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer. Strong command over English and deep understanding of IELTS testing patterns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding or experience in overseas education counselling is preferred. Ability to multitask between training and counselling responsibilities effectively. Age should be below 35 years.
