THE OPPORTUNITY:
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
IELTS Training Excellence:
- Teach all four modules:
Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Prepare students for both
Academic and General Training
IELTS - Design engaging lesson plans tailored to different proficiency levels
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed performance analysis
- Track student progress and customize teaching strategies
- Achieve target band scores for students (6.5, 7, 7.5+)
Student Development:
- Assess individual student strengths and weaknesses
- Provide personalized feedback and improvement strategies
- Build student confidence in English communication
- Create a motivating and supportive learning environment
- Address specific challenges in pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary
- Guide students on exam strategies and time management
Curriculum & Materials:
- Develop/adapt IELTS curriculum and study materials
- Stay updated with latest IELTS exam patterns and trends
- Create practice exercises, worksheets, and assessment tools
- Utilize authentic IELTS materials and resources
- Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods
Administrative Support:
- Maintain student attendance and progress records
- Participate in parent/student counseling sessions
- Conduct demo classes for prospective students
- Contribute to marketing efforts (testimonials, success stories)
- Collaborate with team on center improvement initiatives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must-Haves:

IELTS Expertise
- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring, and strategies -
Teaching Experience
- Minimum 2 years teaching IELTS or English language -
Excellent English
- Native/Near-native proficiency (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent) -
Proven Track Record
- Demonstrated success in improving student scores -
Educational Background
- Graduate in English/Education (Post-Graduate preferred) -
Communication Skills
- Clear, engaging, and motivational speaker -
Passion for Teaching
- Genuine love for education and student success
Highly Preferred:

IELTS Score of 7.5 or above
(or equivalent English proficiency proof) - Teaching certifications:
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, B.Ed, or similar
- Experience with Cambridge/British Council IELTS materials
- Knowledge of international education systems
- Experience teaching diverse age groups and proficiency levels
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in coaching institutes or language centers
- Understanding of student visa processes
- Ability to teach PTE/TOEFL (added advantage)
- Content creation skills (videos, blogs, study materials)
- Social media presence in education space
