Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to XI and XII Primary classes (PGT level).
  
• Develop a strong foundation in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in young learners.
  
• Use innovative and student-centric teaching methods aligned with CBSE curriculum.
  
• Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and other evaluation tools.
  
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, co-curricular activities, and school events.
  
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and growth.
  

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in English with B.Ed.
  
• 5+ years of proven experience as a PRT English Teacher in reputed schools (NCR study background preferred).
  
• Strong command over English language, grammar, and phonetics.
  
• Ability to design creative teaching aids and use audio-visual resources effectively.
  
• Passionate, patient, empathetic, and skilled at handling young learners.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
