Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IELTS Counselor based in Chandigarh, India. The IELTS Counselor will assist students in understanding and achieving their educational goals, provide tailored guidance for IELTS test preparation, and offer support for international study pathways. Key responsibilities include assessing students’ needs, advising on course selection, coordinating with relevant departments, assisting with visa application processes, and conducting regular follow-ups. The role requires ensuring the highest level of support and satisfaction for students throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in academic counseling, career guidance, and interpersonal communication
• Knowledge of IELTS courses, international education systems, and visa application procedures
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to stay updated with changes in international education policies and procedures
• Experience in counseling, education, or related fields is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in counseling, education, or a related field
• Commitment to maintaining a student-first approach and delivering high-quality assistance
