Very well done up place. Did not like the concept of being given a token and being made to wait even though all desks were free. However once allotted a person experience was quite smooth. Much better than typical visits to other banks.

A recent entrant to the Banking space post merger. They were there as IFFC Bank earlier. But they are trying hard to catch up. Good offices. Good ambience. Good staff. Good facilities offered and best of all good rates for fixed deposits. Atleast till today. They use all the latest online systems to make banking easier and a pleasure.

Had been there for NOC which was awaiting from 2 years from kerala branch since we r NRI Coming to Mumbai branch and we consulted with Mr Rajesh Asori who was really helpful for getting our work done in just 20 mins . And followed up until it was all done .
