Worst branch!! They dont know what their responsibilities are, keep dumping it on one another. Even the manager is not concerned, he is okay with customers closing the account instead of solving the internal issues!

I made a mistake by opening an account with this bank. They call hundred thousand times about the credit card. I tried all sorts of methods - initially gently told them that I don't want a card and then gradually started shouting on them but still no use. They keep on calling. Need to complain against them to the ombudsman.
