Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infra Expert to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing ICT infrastructure solutions, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage ICT infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and storage systems. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of ICT systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address ICT infrastructure needs. Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Develop and maintain documentation for ICT infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in ICT infrastructure. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in ICT infrastructure management. Proficiency in network design and management, including routing and switching protocols. Strong understanding of server technologies (Windows, Linux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices relevant to ICT infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
