Icing Master

We are seeking an Icing Master at Mody Cakes and Confectionery Private Limited. The ideal candidate should have a crucial role in creating visually stunning and delicious cakes using various types of icing, such as buttercream, royal icing, and fondant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cake Decoration: Design and execute intricate icing work, Including flowers, patterns, lettering, and other decorative elements. Customise cakes and pastries based on customer requirements for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. 2. Quality Assurance: Ensure all icing and decoration meet company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Maintain Knowledge of the latest trends in cake decoration and incorporate innovative techniques. 3. Production Efficiency: Work closely with the banking team to ensure timely completion of orders. Manage icing preparation, ensuring freshness and optimal use of ingredients. 4. Workplace Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
