Ice cream Production manager

Position: Ice-Cream Production Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Ice-Cream / Dairy / Frozen Dessert Production Manager to lead daily plant operations at our Bhubaneswar production unit. The role requires strong knowledge of food processing, cold-chain handling, hygiene standards, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production of ice-cream / frozen desserts
• Manage mixing, ageing, homogenization, pasteurization, freezing, and packaging processes
• Monitor product quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance
• Manage cold storage, blast freezer, and chilling operations
• Plan production schedules and manage manpower
• Maintain machinery (freezers, batch-mixers, homogenizers, etc.) in coordination with maintenance team
• Keep production documentation, records, and inventory updated

Required Experience:

• 2–10 years in Ice-cream / Dairy / Food-processing industry
• Strong understanding of cold-chain requirements
• Practical experience with mixers, pasteurizers, continuous freezers, and packing machines
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹20.00 per month
