We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly individual to join our team as Ice Cream Parlour Staff . In this role, you will be responsible for handling the counter, serving customers with a smile, and assisting in events to create a delightful experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service. Scoop and serve ice cream, beverages, and desserts efficiently. Handle the cash register, process payments, and manage billing. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter Engage with customers, offer product recommendations, and ensure a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Restock inventory, check supplies, and report shortages. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Requirements: Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
