JOB : ICE CREAM MAKER Responsibilities and Duties: ● Production ○ Routine production of ice cream/ gelato as per the given production plan and standardized recipe ○ Production of toppings, flavor pastes, cones, fruit purees, etc. ○ Coordinating dispatch of produced items to outlets via vehicle ● Quality Control ○ Ensuring standardized recipe is being followed ○ Checking for any changes in quality of the final product, documenting batch wise feedback ○ Ensure proper storage of final product and ingredients ○ Proper maintenance of equipment ● Inventory o Maintain proper inventory of raw ingredients, cones and ice creams to ensure availability of all flavors at our various locations. o Coordinating with central stores to ensure smooth production o Place orders for purchase of materials according to production plan using a preset template Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 08/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 07/06/2025
