Job Description

Install, test, and commission pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (e.g., tablet presses, filling machines, packaging machines, etc.). Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of installed machines. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical/mechanical schematics, and drawings. Provide technical training and support to customer staff on machine operations. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other industry regulations during installation and servicing. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, and sales) for issue resolution and machine improvements. Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation for future reference. Travel to domestic/international client sites for installation and support. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all service activities.
