Position Title: IBM Middleware (MW) Developer Telecom Domain Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years Job Location: Bangalore- Hybrid Job Brief: Our client is seeking a highly skilled IBM Middleware (MW) Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM middleware technologies and hands-on experience in the telecom domain, ensuring seamless integration between various business applications and systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement IBM Middleware solutions, including IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/IBM App Connect, and IBM API Connect. Develop and maintain middleware services to facilitate seamless communication between telecom systems, OSS/BSS, and third-party applications. Work closely with telecom architects, business analysts, and operations teams to define middleware integration strategies and best practices. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of middleware solutions in telecom operations. Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Develop and maintain API-based integrations using IBM API Connect and support API lifecycle management. Implement security protocols, including authentication, authorization, and encryption, for middleware solutions. Monitor and optimize middleware performance, logging, and reporting. Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automate middleware deployments. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
