IBM MDM PIM Consultant

You are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join the MDM PIM practice team and work on MDM projects for Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and architects to implement top-notch MDM solutions. Your responsibilities will include participating in business requirements gathering sessions, creating design documents, assisting the Project Manager in task planning, mentoring a team of technical consultants, developing release documents, and overseeing code deployment. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be expected to create low-level design documents and unit test cases, write high-quality code, conduct unit tests, review code developed by team members, resolve technical issues promptly, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting high-quality resources for the MDM practice and training junior technical resources in MDM for PIM. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in software services, with Big 4 experience considered a strong advantage. You should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions for PIM, along with 3+ years of experience in a J2EE environment using application servers like WebSphere and Weblogic. Proficiency in Java and databases such as DB2 and Oracle is essential, as well as a solid understanding of data modeling and strong SQL skills. Experience in developing and deploying in a Services Oriented Architecture will be beneficial for this role.,
