Job Description

Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a skilled developer for plugin development in IBM ELM, with a solid foundation in Java development and experience in Rational Team Concert (RTC). The ideal candidate should possess strong capabilities in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is essential, along with a fundamental understanding of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Waterfall, and SAFe.Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing plugins for IBM ELM.

Develop plugins for Rational Team Concert (RTC).
Design and implement RESTful APIs.
Utilize Git-based version control systems.
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective integration with Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC).
Adhere to best practices in software development.

Key Requirements

Experience in plugin development.
Java development expertise.
Knowledge and practical experience with RTC.
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
Understanding of Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC).
Basic knowledge of SCRUM, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Python for scripting and application development.
In-depth knowledge of Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC).
