About the Role:

IBM BPM / BAW Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and administer
IBM BPM / BAW environments
(Process Server, Process Center, and Support Center).
Manage
deployments
,
version upgrades
, and
patching
.
Monitor and optimize
server performance
, troubleshoot issues, and manage logs.
Coordinate with
developers and project teams
for deployment and migration activities.
Manage
user access control
,
security configurations
, and
LDAP integration
.
Support automation initiatives, clustering, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Prepare
environment documentation
, SOPs, and support guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience as
IBM BPM / BAW Administrator
.
Hands-on experience with
IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
Strong understanding of
Linux/Windows environments
,
JVM tuning
, and
network configurations
.
Experience with
database connections (DB2 / Oracle)
and
LDAP configurations
.
Good understanding of BPM components - Process Designer, Process Portal, and Workflow Center.
Familiarity with
monitoring tools
and
DevOps practices
is an added advantage.
