We are looking for an experienced IBM BAW Developer with a strong background in designing and developing IBM BAW solutions, including widget customization and workflow development. The role also involves providing support during UAT and Production deployment phases. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Skills:

Java, IBM FileNet (Content & Process Engine), IBM BAW, IBM Case Manager, JavaScript, Dojo, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Microservices, SOAT and REST, Spring Batch.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using IBM FileNet Content Engine and Process Engine
• Customize IBM Content Navigator and BAW widgets as per business requirements
• Design and deploy solutions using IBM Case Manager
• Develop and manage FileNet workflows and code modules
• Create utilities in Java for automated case creation and other custom needs
• Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL queries and procedures
• Provide support during UAT and Production deployments
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across project phases
• Document solutions, configurations, and changes thoroughly
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide post-deployment support

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Java, IBM FileNet, and BAW (required)
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet code module development and deployment across UAT & Production environments
• Experience working with databases (SQL/PL-SQL) and integrating with IBM platforms
• Proficient in JavaScript and Dojo for frontend customizations
• Experience with Spring and Microservices architecture is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience leading or working in large teams is desirable
