Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IB Educator to join our international school in Jaipur. The candidate should be passionate about inquiry-based learning and open to being trained in the IB curriculum framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum philosophy.
• Create learner-centered, inquiry-based classroom experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement units of inquiry.
• Assess student progress through observations, projects, and formative assessments.
• Participate in professional development workshops and IB training sessions.
• Build positive relationships with students and foster a nurturing classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student growth and development.
• Maintain lesson records, portfolios, and documentation as per IB standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• 0–1 year of teaching experience (freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Interest in international education and willingness to learn the IB methodology.
• Creative, patient, and dedicated to holistic student development.
• Female candidates preferred.
