Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Developers to gather and analyze requirements for IAM systems. Assist in the design, implementation, and configuration of IAM solutions (e.g., Okta,SailPoint IDN, etc.). Hands-on experience with IAM platforms ( SailPoint IDN ) and integration experience with ServiceNow and any IAM tool. Work closely with application teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.). Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, roles, permissions, and access policies. Perform troubleshooting of IAM-related issues, including access problems, system failures, and performance bottlenecks. Experience with user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance. Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). Ensure that IAM policies, standards, and best practices are followed for identity governance and lifecycle management. Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access management across various systems and applications. Document IAM processes, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and auditing purposes. Support security assessments, risk assessments, and vulnerability management activities related to identity and access control. Provide IAM-related training and support to end users and other IT staff. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
