Position Overview

Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration
Manage and execute
migration projects from OIG to Saviynt
, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
Configure OOTB connectors (e.g., Active Directory, Oracle DB,PostGres, RACF, AS400, PeopleSoft, Linux, SCIM etc.), workflows
Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of Saviynt components.
Work with ISPM (Identity Security Program Management) to align project delivery with enterprise IAM strategy and governance frameworks
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Assist in investigating and resolving identity-related incidents under guidance from senior team members.
Implement minor fixes or configuration changes as directed to restore service quickly, update incident records and knowledge base articles after resolution
Workflow & Automation
Support compliance and regulatory requirements for both Internal and External auditors
Compliance & Security
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., NYDFS, SOX) and internal security policies.
Collaboration & Support
Work with global IAM teams to support production deployments and troubleshoot issues.
Candidate must have the ability to
work closely with the Vulnerability Management team to analyze and remediate CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures)
, ensuring timely patching and compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, application owners) to resolve incidents efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), with a focus on Saviynt.
Proven experience in Saviynt deployment, development, and configuration.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to design and deliver Saviynt training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience in migrating from Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) to Saviynt.
Experience working within ISPM frameworks and contributing to IAM program governance.
Saviynt certification(s) or equivalent training.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and integrating Saviynt with cloud services.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
