IAM Provisioning Analyst - Sailpoint and Okta - Senior

The opportunity We're looking for a Consultant in the Cyber Team to work in IAM Operations support. The candidate should have experience with IAM Technologies like SailPoint, Cyberark, Okta, along with strong troubleshooting skills. The role requires willingness to work out of the office for all working days as an in-office requirement and in a 24X7 rotational shift model. The candidate will be based out of the Hyderabad office for all 5 days. Key Requirements The Consultant will be responsible for performing identity and access provisioning, authentication, and oversight activities adhering to established guidelines and internal policies. They will take ownership of operational issues and process defects, identifying root causes and resolving underlying issues. Creating and maintaining related standards and procedural documentation, supporting end-to-end process assessments, future-state process ideation sessions, and access control redesigns are key responsibilities. Providing advanced level technical support for technology, platforms, environments, or access administration is essential. Leveraging key metrics and business data to drive continuous process improvement, enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve IAMs overall security posture are crucial. The Consultant should have awareness of all control-related activities and perform necessary attestations accurately and timely. Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Directory Services, IAM lifecycle processes like Identity governance, Privileged Access Management, and compute platforms including Windows, Linux, Mainframes, and Databases are required. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must hold a B. Tech./ B.E./MCA/Computer Science Degree with sound technical skills. Strong command of verbal and written English language, good soft skills including verbal & written communication, technical document writing, and an understanding of IAM/IGA/SSO/PAM concepts are necessary.
