IAM Project Manager

Role Overview: As an IAM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of Identity & Access Management initiatives. Your primary focus will be to ensure that IAM solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements within enterprise environments. Based in Mumbai, you will lead end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of IAM projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. - Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to define project objectives and success criteria. - Manage resources, project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies effectively. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams. - Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure IAM implementations adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. - Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on IAM technologies and implementations. - Proven track record of delivering complex IAM projects involving tools like Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, etc. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access governance. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.,
