IAM Operations - One Identity

You will be responsible for the administration of the One Identity tool and the management of integrated Identities and Services. Additionally, you will provide engineering support for the One Identity Manager Environment and manage cloud and on-prem infrastructures hosting IAM. Your role will involve onboarding Company Organizations to the IAM Infrastructure and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the entire IAM environment, including the Active Directory Multi-forest environment at an enterprise level, Windows OS, IIS, and MS SQL server. Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing bugs during and after IAM release versions will be part of your duties. You will also be responsible for the performance management of IAM tools, databases, and Infrastructure. Administration of Identities and Services integrated with the One IDM tool and support for Organization integration with the IAM Infra will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with onshore development and project teams to provide solutions and assistance during project release, testing, and operational support is expected. Managing incidents, problems, and changes within the IAM Infrastructure will be under your purview. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting and updating IAM Processes and operating procedures and working with Software Development tools such as JIRA to handle various IAM related tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT with a core focus on IAM Technologies like One Identity or similar IAM tools. A Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, and a certification in the security domain would be a plus. Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure, AWS, as well as Microsoft certifications related to designing infra solutions, administering, and managing server and cloud infra, are advantageous. An understanding of Agile and similar industry standards is also desirable. From a technical perspective, experience in One Identity tool operations or similar IAM tools is preferred. Knowledge of Windows server technologies, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies, MS-SQL (single and cluster configuration) database technologies, as well as incident, problem, and change process handling is essential. In terms of functional/domain expertise, you should have experience in IAM solutions with a strong knowledge of IAM concepts and an understanding of security, risks, and governance.,
