IAM Engineer (Ping/Forgerock)

As an IAM Engineer specializing in Ping and ForgeRock, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage projects with a team of Architects, Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers. With your 15+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting high-performance ForgeRock environments with a large number of applications and multi-million identities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing project delivery to ensure scope, budget, and timeline requirements are met - Collaborating with designers, developers, and clients to define project scope and requirements - Monitoring team performance, addressing issues, and ensuring successful project completion - Developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality and cost-effectiveness - Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing their expectations - Analyzing customer business needs to develop and implement effective solutions - Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring compliance with best practices - Translating business requirements into technical specifications and designs - Demonstrating expertise in modern authentication protocols and software engineering methodologies Additionally, you should have experience in managing projects with Ping Identity Platform or similar products, as well as in-depth knowledge of web development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and CSS frameworks. Your understanding of identity and access management concepts, as well as Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery activities, will be crucial in this role. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of overall experience in Managing and Delivering projects - Experience with Access Management tools such as Okta, PingFederate, ForgeRock, etc. - Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID, SAML, and Kerberos - Knowledge of agile software development methodologies - DevOps knowledge including CI/CD and configuration management In summary, this role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IAM project management, technical expertise in Ping and ForgeRock, and a strong background in modern authentication protocols and software engineering methodologies.,
