Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CyberArk PAM/PIM Operations Associate to manage and support privileged access management operations for large-scale customers across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions and a deep understanding of privileged identity management in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions including PAS, PTA, EPM, Alero, and other modules.
• Onboard target systems and applications including Windows, UNIX/Linux, Mainframe, Databases, AWS, Azure, and manage user identities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues ensuring secure privileged account access.
• Monitor and investigate privileged access-related security incidents, analyze logs, and implement remediation.
• Administer password vaulting and access controls for elevated user and application service accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation such as SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on CyberArk best practices and platform usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to privileged access management processes and system configurations.
• Utilize automation tools including REST APIs and scripting (AutoIT, Shell) to customize and optimize CyberArk platform functionalities.
• Expertise in configuring and managing CyberArk connectors/plugins and automated discovery scanning tools.
• Work closely with cloud IAM solutions, particularly within Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CyberArk PAM toolsets, providing guidance and oversight across the organization.
• Experience with additional PAM/PIM tools such as Thycotic, BeyondTrust, PowerBroker is a plus.
• Operate in a 24/7 support environment, ensuring continuous system uptime and incident response.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience managing CyberArk PAM/PIM solutions in enterprise environments.
• CyberArk CDE or Sentry certification.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proficient in system administration and operations of CyberArk components.
• Experience in scripting and automation using REST APIs, AutoIT, Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with privileged access lifecycle management, discovery tools, and vaulting best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior exposure to other PAM/PIM solutions like Thycotic, BeyondTrust preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.
