Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

CS TECH Ai is looking for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in construction tech, BIM, or IT application support to join our Hypercare Support Team. We are seeking motivated professionals to join the Hypercare Support Team for enterprise-wide Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) implementation. The role involves onsite functional & technical support, end-user handholding, issue resolution, and ensuring adoption of the platform across multiple business units of organizations.

Role Highlights:

 Onsite support for Autodesk ACC (Docs & Build)

 Troubleshooting, user training, and platform adoption

 Coordination with central teams and end-user handholding

 Exposure to India’s largest digital construction transformation program

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with ACC/BIM 360 or similar platforms

 Understanding of construction workflows (RFIs, Submittals, QA/QC)

 Strong communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati

 Based in Ahmedabad or open to relocate
