Hypercare Support Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a Hypercare Support Consultant to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client-facing stakeholder management roles. As a Hypercare Support Consultant, you will be responsible for incident management during specific shifts based on location (USA, Europe, Asia). Your responsibilities will include monitoring ServiceNow, Email inbox, or other defined channels for stakeholder inquiries, empathizing with impacted stakeholders, and efficiently resolving user error issues or routing technical issues to the correct support network.
