Job Description

We are looking for a Hyland OnBase Consultant to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Hyland OnBase platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in configuring key OnBase modules like Workflow, Work View, Unity Forms, and Integration Services. This role requires strong collaboration skills to gather business requirements, implement tailored solutions, provide comprehensive support, and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Hyland OnBase platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Configure core OnBase modules, including: Workflow for process automation and content routing. Work View for case management and structured data solutions. Unity Forms for dynamic data capture and user interaction. Integration Services for seamless connectivity. Collaborate closely with various business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective OnBase solutions. Provide comprehensive OnBase support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Integrate OnBase with third-party systems via API or middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange and process orchestration. Ensure data security within the OnBase environment, manage system upgrades, and oversee patch management. Participate actively in testing cycles (unit, integration, user acceptance), conduct training sessions for users, and contribute to solution documentation efforts. Stay updated with the latest Hyland OnBase features, releases, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Hyland OnBase platform. Proficiency in configuring Hyland OnBase modules: Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, and Integration Services. Strong collaboration skills with business units to gather requirements and implement solutions. Experience in providing OnBase support and troubleshooting user issues. Ability to integrate OnBase with third-party systems via API or middleware. Understanding of data security principles, system upgrades, and patch management within OnBase. Participation in testing, training, and documentation efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
