Hybrid Cloud Architecture (Private Cloud/On Prem, Public Cloud), VMware / Microsoft Azure / Azure Local, Architecture Experience, Landing zones on Azure / AWS Cloud, Kubernetes and Devops (Professional Services)

Core Focus Areas

• Solution Architecture

  focused on

  Hybrid Cloud.

• Strong experience in

  Hybrid Cloud(Private Cloud (on-premises) and Public Cloud), Landing Zones on Azure/AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Devops

  and

  VMware / Microsoft Azure / Azure Local.

• Slightly less experience into

  Public Cloud

  is also considerable.
• Hands-on

  creation, deployment, and end-to-end architectural ownership (Professional Services Experience).

Technological Depth

• Strong expertise in either one of the following key technology domains---

VMware

Microsoft Azure

Azure Local

• Predominantly

  private cloud (on-premises)

  experience. Blend of Both Private Cloud & Public Cloud is what is being expected. Public cloud familiarity (preferably Azure/AWS/GCP) is acceptable.
• Experience creating reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and documentation
• We need hands on Experience on

  Landing Zones on Azure / AWS cloud

  - Cloud Adoption Frameworks, governance models, and automation using tools like Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation. multi-account/multi-subscription architecture, RBAC, policy enforcement, and network topology within Landing Zones.
• Hands on experience into

  Kubernetes -

  GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, and Terraform and

  Devops

  - DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration.
• Full lifecycle experience: from planning, design to deployment of hybrid solutions
• Must have executed

  on-the-ground deployments

  —not just strategy or oversight
• Hands-on exposure to

  Red Hat

  and

  OpenShift

  platforms.

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
• VMware Certified Professional - VMware Cloud Foundation Administrator 2024
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Cloud Management and Automation Design 2023

• Double VCP - Data center Virtualization & Cloud Management
