HVAC Technician

As an HVAC Technician, your role involves installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, which includes air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, chillers, and refrigeration systems. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and cleaning coils. Additionally, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. - Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing filters and cleaning coils. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults. - Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. - Calibrate system controls and thermostats. - Test systems and components for functionality. - Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations. - Document work performed and maintain service records. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
