Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project
Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
Direct trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades
Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintenance works (Equipment (PM,RM,and renovation), Troubleshooting the equipment.
Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
Estimate changes in scope of work

Preferred candidate profile

7-10 years experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal.
Experience in Water cooled and Air cooled chiller, VRF, DX plant
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Onsite work exposure in Hospitals, Educational institution and Hotels
Solid knowledge of the construction process and Maintenance process
Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project. Autocad will be added advantage.
