HVAC Plant Operator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Plant Operator with an ITI (2-Year Trade Certificate) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Trade to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot large HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF units, pumps, and cooling towers.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain set temperatures, humidity, and pressure levels in cleanrooms, labs, or production areas.
• Diagnose faults and carry out first-level troubleshooting; coordinate with service team if required.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules strictly.
• Record operational data such as pressure, temperature, and flow readings.
• Ensure timely logging of logbooks and reports.
• Support in breakdown repairs and emergency responses.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around HVAC systems and equipment rooms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
