HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Mandatory Requirement -

ITI (RAC) with 10 years of Industrial experience or

Diploma (RAC/ Mechanical ) with 7 year of industrial experience.

* Commercial (Mall, Hotels, Office complex, Residential society) experience strictly not considerable.

Key responsibilities -

• Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions.
• Identify root cause of faults to determine prevention and effective solutions for least possible breakdown time.
• Maintain accurate records of log books, check sheets and maintenance activities.
• Implement and supervise preventive maintenance schedules of equipment.
• Manage inventory and order necessary parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to clients.
• Team members performance monitoring, evolution and improvement to utilize available human resources in best possible manner.
• Practice to adhere with protocols and guideline to score good on KPI points.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
