HVAC Maintenance Engineer

As an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician, your role will involve investigating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting equipment failures and malfunctions. You will be responsible for identifying the root cause of faults to determine prevention strategies and effective solutions to minimize breakdown time. Keeping accurate records of log books, check sheets, and maintenance activities will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to implement and supervise preventive maintenance schedules, manage inventory, and order necessary parts, equipment, and supplies. Your role also includes providing technical support and guidance to the team, monitoring team members" performance, and ensuring the best utilization of available human resources.
