HVAC Engineer

As the Project Manager for HVAC projects, your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of projects by managing project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring technical compliance. You will be overseeing the financial performance of the projects, maintaining quality workmanship, and prioritizing safety at all job sites. Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and customers will also be a crucial part of your role, along with addressing any issues promptly and ensuring completion and documentation procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project schedule, execution, cost control, and technical submittal & shop drawings submission process - Oversee the financial performance of assigned projects, including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, and A/R collection support - Prioritize safety and quality workmanship to achieve contract completion on time - Maintain good relationships with subcontractors and customers, addressing issues promptly - Ensure completion of T&C and handing over documents procedures Qualifications Required: - Mechanical Engineer/Diploma Holder - 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC with optional electrical knowledge - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Proficient in problem-solving, planning, and project management - Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project Please note that the work location for this position is Coimbatore, and immediate joiners are preferred.
