Job Description

You will be responsible for generating leads in the HVAC market by utilizing various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits. You will conduct needs assessments, prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure. It will be your goal to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while keeping track of your performance, maintaining CRM records, and providing sales forecasts. Furthermore, you will be expected to establish and nurture relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and end-users while staying informed about industry trends and competitors. - 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly in HVAC, technical sales, or B2B settings, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. - Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and market segments. - Ability to interpret mechanical drawings will be an added advantage. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. - A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Engineering or Business. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
