HVAC Draughtsman

Role Overview: As an HVAC Draughtsman, your role involves creating detailed technical drawings and plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs comply with regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed HVAC system drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software - Work closely with engineers and architects to meet building codes and client specifications - Coordinate with project teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards - Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation - Assist in estimating HVAC system costs and material requirements Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field - 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software - Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, design principles, and industry standards - Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Strong attention to detail and communication skills (Note: The company offers a full-time position with occasional overtime during project deadlines.
