Preparing Project Schedule Responsible for Project Planning including but not limited to Material Delivery & on-site execution aligned with the project timeline Attend on-site meeting with the client, prepare MOM and circulate as per the communication matrix Circulate DPR (Daily Progress Report) to client & within the organization key members Prepare Invoicing Plan for the entire project and ensure monthly invoicing as per the Billing Break-up Expertise in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions during project execution A bachelor degree in Engineering or related field is preferable Proven Experience in HVAC project planning with 5 years of experience if preferred
