Job Description

Summary: Responsible for the design, calculation, and documentation of efficient HVAC systems for construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to all building codes and engineering standards.

Key Duties:

  • Perform load calculations ($BTU/hr$, $CFM$).
  • Develop detailed system layouts using Revit/CAD.
  • Select and specify HVAC equipment (e.g., chillers, AHUs).
  • Prepare construction documents and specifications.
  • Ensure ASHRAE and code compliance.
  • Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Civil engineering or HVAC engineering (ITI, DIPLOMA, BTech)
  • Proficiency in load calculation and CAD software.

Website Manager (Concise)Job TitleWebsite ManagerDepartmentMarketing / Digital

Summary: Oversees all technical, content, and performance aspects of the company's website(s), focusing on security, user experience (UX), and achieving digital marketing goals.

Key Duties:

  • Monitor website performance and uptime.
