Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including managing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will also be involved in HR management activities, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating new hire orientations, and facilitating HR-related projects and events.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
