About Us:

Saaiko Nexus is a Performance Marketing Agency accelerating growth for Real Estate, Healthcare, and Education brands through Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI Automation, and ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update intern/employee databases, trackers, and offer letters.
• Support onboarding of new team members (documentation, orientation, coordination).
• Assist with drafting HR policies, maintaining attendance, and managing HR documents.
• Help organize internal communications, culture initiatives, and feedback loops.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Interest in HR processes, recruitment, and team management.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Must be available onsite at our Faridabad office.
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields (or currently pursuing).
• Ability to start immediately.
