Human Resources Executive - Talent acquisition

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Human Resources Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition, based in Mumbai. Your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, you will work on developing employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your role will also involve working on both Non-IT and IT recruitment and maintaining recruitment databases. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates - Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Work on both Non-IT and IT recruitment - Maintain recruitment databases to track candidate information Qualifications Required: - Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes - Strong Communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders - Expertise in Employer Branding strategies - Experience in IT Recruitment - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
