Job Description

As a Manager - L&D at Intellect Design Arena Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning journey for employees. Your responsibilities will include managing learning programs end-to-end, from identifying needs to designing and delivering engaging content that aligns with business goals and the unique design philosophy of the organization. This hands-on role requires a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to measure impact effectively. Your duties and responsibilities will involve collaborating with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and development needs, focusing on areas such as financial technology, domain expertise, and Design Thinking principles. You will work on strengthening delivery capabilities across the organization through targeted learning interventions and competency development programs, including Leadership Development. Additionally, you will design, develop, and update learning content using various modalities, facilitate training sessions for a diverse workforce, and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of learning & development frameworks, instructional design models, adult learning principles, and leadership development practices. Connecting learning strategy with business goals and familiarity with financial technology, domain-specific knowledge, and Design Thinking methodology will be advantageous. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning tools. The ideal candidate will hold a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a top-tier Business School, with 4-6 years of post-MBA experience in IT services/product organizations. Hands-on experience in designing/creating organizational programs and curricula using various modalities, learning needs analysis, instructional design, and design thinking methodologies is required. Certification in behavioral psychometric assessment methodologies/tools will be an advantage.
