What you ll do: Document current and future staffing commitments as they evolve over the projectlifecycle Coordinate and share information between recruiting, staffing, and HR generalists for newhires Ensure proper tracking of developmental goals, skills, and expertise ofteam Capture demand in the schedulingtools asneeded in coordination with the scheduling leads Produce and distribute standard reports (e.g. capacity, utilization, etc.) Provide ad-hoc reports asneeded Monitor hours reports and highlight exceptions to appropriatepeople Maintain the scheduling system with regular audits to ensure dataintegrity Provide support on tools training as needed withemployees What you ll bring: BA/BS degree required with strong academicperformance 1 year of relevant work experience Training, education, or experience must be relevant to therole Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail andcommitment Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
