Source potential candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others
Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants
Post job openings and manage the candidate database
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems is a plus
