Job Overview
We are hiring HR Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries. Ideal candidates should be proactive, confident, and capable of handling bulk and corporate hiring efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen & shortlist candidates for various roles
* Handle bulk & corporate hiring across multiple sectors
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
* Maintain recruitment databases and daily activity reports
* Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures
* Manage job postings on portals & social platforms
Skills & Preferred Experience
* Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
* Basic understanding of recruitment cycle
* Ability to work under deadlines
* Good negotiation & interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of job portals (Shine/Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn) added advantage
