Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

The HR Recruitment Intern will support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities and gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes. This internship provides practical learning in sourcing, screening, coordination, and HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Assist in

  sourcing candidates

  through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  
• Coordinate and schedule

  interviews

  with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update

  recruitment trackers and MIS reports

• Support in

  offer roll-out and documentation

• Assist in

  joining formalities and onboarding activities

• Participate in

  campus hiring, internship drives, and recruitment campaigns

• Support general

  HR administrative tasks

  as assigned
